Tailyn Communication Company, Ltd. Holds Q3 staff session.
Chairman John Chen opened the session by encouraging staff members to take a positive attitude and a creative approach to addressing the challenging economic conditions in the global market. He told the group that developing a good EQ (emotional quotient) was better than demonstrating a high IQ. He also pointed out the value of teamwork.
CEO Chiason Huang reiterated that Tailyn's core values continue to emphasize excellent customer service and respect for employees. He discussed Q3 financial results and outlined the Company's operational direction for Q4. The remainder of the session focused on discussing the past year's major events and reviewing the effectiveness of current operating procedures for the prior three years.
Huang stressed the need for a focus on continuous improvement and a team approach, pointing out that long-term growth and sustained profitability was dependent on the entire staff's efforts.
