Tailyn Communication Company, Ltd. Enhances Test Capability
Taoyuan, Taiwan — Tailyn Communication Company, Ltd., an advanced electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, has added a Teradyne TestStation LX to enhance its in-circuit test (ICT) capabilities.
"Our customer base in telecommunications and industrial personal computing applications has been growing, as has the complexity of assemblies we are building. The TestStation LX enhances our ability to electrically test complex assemblies and complements our existing AOI and extensive functional test capabilities," said Jim Chen, vice president, Communications Business Unit.
The TestStation LX system is an in-circuit test solution providing electronics manufacturers with reliable, high-quality test for the latest PCB technologies and is the highest capacity ICT solution on the market. The new system will be deployed at Tailyn's Taoyuan, Taiwan manufacturing facility.
The system's high-performance capabilities include Comprehensive Fault Detection and SafeTest protection technologies featuring patented UltraPin™ driver/sensor technology to assure voltage accuracy. Backdrive current measurement provides accurate, reliable, and safe powered-up testing of today's sensitive low-voltage technologies.
