Jow H.Peng - President of Tailyn
Jow is the President of Tailyn Communication Co., Ltd., the leading telecommunications equipment provider in Taiwan.
Jow has 25 years of experience in the telco, datacom, and semiconductor businesses. Prior to Tailyn, Jow was the Senior Vice President of Business Development for RealCom, Realtek Semiconductor's U.S. subsidiary. Prior to RealCom, Jow served as the Vice President of Business Development at Integrated Telecom Express Inc., where he managed ITeX business alliances, product marketing, and world-wide sales.

Jow was the key executive to lead and establish ITeX ADSL success in Korea, China, and the U.S. Before Joining ITeX in 1997, Jow worked at Pacific Bell/SBC for 14 years. He was the Lead Member of Technical Staff at Pacific Bell Network Technology in San Ramon, CA. He led the technical team in its development and deployment of Pacific Bell FasTrak data services including X.25 Public Packet Switching, ISDN Packet Data Service, Frame Relay Service, Switched Multi-Mega Data Service, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) service, and Access Gateway and Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) service.
Jow received his BSEE from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan and his MSEE from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.
George Yang - Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Mr. George Yang manages all the financial and administration functions of Tailyn Communication, including business unit finance, MIS and material. Mr. George Yang has served for Tailyn Communication more than twenty-five years. Before being named as Vice President of Finance in 1999, Mr. George Yang was the Director of Finance. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. George Yang worked as Director of Administration, moving to Director of Administration & Manufacturing.

Since Mr. George Yang joined Tailyn Communication in 1982, he has dedicated to organizing Tailyn's financial planning, analysis, taxation, treasury and investor relations.It is his effort to lead Tailyn became public listed company in Taiwan stock market in 1998.Prior to joining Tailyn Communication, Mr. George Yang worked for the Chung Shin Textile Company as a Senior Accountant. Mr. George Yang earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Aletheia in 1979.
D.Y. Lin - Vice President
Mr. D.Y. Lin joined Tailyn Communication as Vice President in 2007. He has in-depth experience in the fields of telecom. He is familiar with Exchange system, TDM interface, Boardband Access, Transmission system and cross-connect system design. As part of his responsibilities at Tailyn, Mr. D.Y. Lin will be concentrating on technical research, in addition to management of product development.

Mr. D.Y. Lin began his career as a Hardware Design Engineer, ASIC/FPGA design leader and has held engineering management positions at Alcatel, a well-known company which provides solutions and services ranging from backbone networks to user terminals for operators, service providers, enterprises and consumers. During his 20 years in Alcatel, Mr. D.Y. Lin had15-year R&D experience, 4-year product management and pre-sales experience, and 1-year operation, customer service and logistic experience. Prior to joining Tailyn, Mr. D.Y. Lin served as Access solution Director in Alcatel.
K.S. YANG - Vice President of Asia Sales
As Vice President of Asia Sales, Mr. K.S. Yang directs all aspects of the company's Asia sales. In addition to OEM, ODM, and EMS in already customers, he is responsible for growing Middle East market share and expanding the China presence of Tailyn's products. Before being named as Vice President of Asia Sales in 2007, Mr. K.S. Yang had a long experience in Tailyn since 1989.

He has served as Vice President of Manufacturing, Director of Manufacturing, Manager of Engineering Department, and Engineer of RD center. Prior to joining Tailyn, he worked as an RD Engineer in the Taiwan Telecommunication Industry Company (one of leading telecommunications manufacturers in Taiwan.). Mr. K.S. Yang earned his Bachelors degree in E.E. at Taipei Institute of Technology in 1981
