Our Quality Management System and Quality Assurance teams’ goal, through support and customer oriented processes and thorough process management, is to meet the high expectations of our customers and shareholders.

With our comprehensive Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement programs that use PCDA methods, TAILYN is able to

  1. provide our customers with high quality products and services that meets their expectations and improve customer satisfaction,

  3. Source parts and materials that satisfy the ROHS and Reach environmental hazardous substance standards to meet our customers green product requirements

In addition, TAILYN also has a comprehensive NPI/NPD process in place to aide our customers in designing high quality, risk-free products. This process includes the use of Design for Excellence (DFX) methods for all products and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for automotive and semiconductor equipment products.

TAILYN’s New Product Introduction (NPI) program is designed to ensure that qualified employees and proper equipments, environments, materials, production techniques, process condition, and quality control plans are in place for mass production.

TAILYN’s Incoming Quality Control (IQC) ensures that the material we receive meet the quality specifications and our Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) will support suppliers whose products do not meet these specifications.
Our In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Final Quality Control (FQC) helps to monitor each process to ensure the quality of the products being manufactured and that no defective products leaves our factory.
