TAILYN provides comprehensive supply chain services including New Product Introduction (NPI) trial runs with DFX analysis and a NPI FA report. Our dedicated customer focus team (CFT) provides professional feedback, analysis, and solutions for our customers product. We also have a dedicated component engineering team that is able to help our customer look for alternate parts to extend the product life cycle and reduce the customers’ total cost of ownership.

TAILYN is also equipped with a dedicated SMT line with specialized manufacturing equipment and facilities to manufacture load boards, probe cards, burn-in boards (TYPO) used by semiconductor test equipment. Some of these include, large high speed mounters, vapor phase vacuum soldering machines, X-Ray, 3D AOI, PCB Cleaning machine, Selective Soldering, flying probe machine and a class 6 cleanroom for packaging.
